Something wrong with your order? Email support@rokiovertime.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo, and a quick note. We reply in 2–5 business days. Wait for our approval before sending anything back.
Covered: manufacturing defects, damage out of the package, wrong item received.
Wrong size? We'll sort an exchange. You cover shipping both ways, and the item must come back unworn, unwashed, with tags on. Use tracked postage — we can't cover lost return parcels. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering; fit varies between designs.
Not covered: change of mind, general wear and tear, or sizing within our ±2cm manual-measurement tolerance.

I put one, but would put 0. Ive been waiting almost two months for a si gle hand wrap, and still hasn’t arrived. I also did not hear anything from them, not if its on its way, or if something happened, or ab getting my money returned.

Perfect length, amazing quality and feel
I love the design on the hand wraps but it was stated that it was a elastic type of hand wrap yet it does not stretch at all and doesn't wrap my hands properly where different places are tight and loose, unless you like handwraps not being stretchy, this is not my ideal type of wrap I would go for
