Copyright Notice & Takedown Policy

At RokiOvertime, we respect intellectual property (IP) rights — both our own and those of others. This policy outlines how we protect our original designs, respond to claims of infringement, and clarify fair use within our brand's creative vision.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

RokiOvertime owns the rights to all original artwork, designs, logos, branding elements, product photography, and written content displayed on rokiovertime.com and affiliated platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and email marketing).

Unless otherwise stated, all content is the intellectual property of RokiOvertime and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and design laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

2. Parody, Satire, and Fair Use

Our brand takes inspiration from anime, martial arts, and fight culture. Where relevant, transformative elements such as parody and satire are used in accordance with fair use principles. However, we do not directly replicate or reuse copyrighted characters, symbols, or names. All designs are original reinterpretations or fictional concepts created by our in-house team.

3. Reporting IP Infringement

If you are an IP rights holder and believe your rights have been infringed on our site, please submit a takedown request with the following information:

  • Name of the rights holder
  • Your full name and the company you represent (if applicable)
  • Complete address (city, state, zip/postal code, and country)
  • Your contact email and phone number (with international code)
  • Description of the allegedly infringed work
  • Explanation and URL(s) of the suspected infringing content on our site
  • A good faith statement that the use is unauthorized
  • A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder

4. False or Fraudulent Claims

We take false infringement notices seriously. Submitting a knowingly inaccurate or misleading takedown request may result in legal action. We reserve the right to dispute any claim and request verification of IP ownership before taking action.

5. DMCA Compliance (U.S. Users)

In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to properly formatted takedown requests from verified rights holders. Repeat infringement may result in account restriction or removal from our platform.

6. Use of User-Generated Content (UGC)

By tagging or submitting content that features RokiOvertime products or branding — including photos, videos, reviews, or testimonials — you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for promotional purposes across digital and print media.

You represent that you own the rights to any content you share and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Prohibited Uses of Our IP

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our designs, graphics, or products without written consent
  • Use our branding or imagery in a way that misrepresents or falsely affiliates your business with RokiOvertime
  • Sell or license derivative works based on our IP without permission

Doing so may result in legal action and a permanent ban from our site and platforms.

8. Counterfeit Reporting & Brand Protection

We actively monitor online marketplaces and social platforms for unauthorized replicas and counterfeit goods. If you suspect a seller is imitating or distributing fake RokiOvertime merchandise, report it to us at support@rokiovertime.com.

We may pursue takedowns and legal remedies as necessary to protect our brand and community.

9. Terms of Access and Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing from rokiovertime.com, or engaging with us through any official channels, you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:

  • All RokiOvertime designs are original intellectual property
  • All third-party IP remains the property of its original creator
  • Our site content does not represent or reflect the views of any associated IP holders, religious groups, or political entities
