Returns and Refund Policy
At Roki, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any quality related reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your package, as part of our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. We aim to provide the highest quality products, so for any quality related issues please contact us and we will work to determine if the request is reasonable and fitting of a refund.
For changes of mind, as we a small business we unfortunately are unable to pay for return shipping and encourage you to ensure you have chosen the correct selections during the order process. Be sure to check each products sizing chart, as some sizes may vary between different products.
In order to initiate a return, please contact us at rokiovertime@gmail.com or send a message through the 'contact us page' with your order number and the item(s) of concern.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless there is fault with the product.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet these requirements, but please contact us if you believe special considerations should apply.
In the event an ordered item fails to reach the customer due to fault of an invalid address, the customer will be responsible to pay a secondary shipping fee and supply the correct address when requested so the shipment may be reattempted. The customer may opt to cease the delivery if they do not want to pay the second shipment attempt fee, however therefore will not receive the item.
