Something wrong with your order? Email support@rokiovertime.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo, and a quick note. We reply in 2–5 business days. Wait for our approval before sending anything back.

Covered: manufacturing defects, damage out of the package, wrong item received.

Wrong size? We'll sort an exchange. You cover shipping both ways, and the item must come back unworn, unwashed, with tags on. Use tracked postage — we can't cover lost return parcels. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering; fit varies between designs.

Not covered: change of mind, general wear and tear, or sizing within our ±2cm manual-measurement tolerance.
