5. Shipping & Fulfillment

We ship globally using trusted third-party fulfillment partners. By purchasing from us, you agree to:

  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address
  • Monitor your tracking and collect your parcel in a timely manner
  • Accept responsibility for any missed deliveries due to incorrect input or lack of response

6. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. We only accept returns for:

  • Verified quality-related issues (e.g., manufacturing defects)
  • Sizing exchanges, with all shipping costs covered by the customer

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Do not send items back without approval — unauthorised returns may not be processed.

All designs, product names, images, graphics, and content on this Site are the property of RokiOvertime or our creators. You may not reproduce, modify, or reuse any content without our written permission.

By creating an account or joining Roki Rewards, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Accept that we may suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms or suspicious activity

Reward points are managed through Smile.io and are subject to our rewards program rules.

9. Marketing Communication

By placing an order or subscribing to our list, you agree to receive transactional and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails (e.g., order confirmations, shipping updates) will still be sent as needed.
