Due to severe weather and snowstorms, services in Rankin Inlet (Nunavut) and Labrador City (N.L.) are experiencing delays. Overall delivery times are expected to be extended by approximately 2–4 days.

We ship worldwide! Customers from outside Australia may have customs, duties, tax or other fees specific to their country, and are responsible for paying these.
Currently, we are unable to ship to Russia and Sudan.
We aim to reduce our impact on the planet, therefore we produce many of our products on a “per order” basis to avoid overproduction and waste, as is common in the industry. This means there may be up to 5 business days before you receive a tracking link on your order, which includes custom production time, and sorting for the package to be scanned into international shipping systems.
Roki utilises multiple fulfillment facilities, one based at our headquarters in Sydney, and the other in Hong Kong. Orders including a variety of items may be shipped in separate packages, so please don’t worry if one item arrives before another, the rest will arrive to you shortly.
