Returns & Refunds Policy

At Roki, we back our gear and our standards. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right — but we also run lean, and we’re upfront about what we can and can’t do.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If something's off with your order or you need to swap for another size, read on — we've got you covered, within the terms below.

1. Quality Issues

If your item arrives with a defect or damage, you’ve got 30 days from the date it was delivered to let us know. We stand behind our gear — and if it’s on us, we’ll own it.

What counts as a quality issue:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Rips, holes, or print damage straight out of the package
  • Wrong item received

What doesn’t count:

  • General wear and tear
  • Small cosmetic flaws within tolerance
  • You picked the wrong size (see exchanges below)
  • Minor sizing inaccuracies. Please allow for +/-2 cm due to manual measuring

To submit a return request, email support@rokiovertime.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A short note explaining what’s wrong

Don’t send anything back until we’ve approved it. Returns sent without approval may be rejected or unprocessed. We usually reply within 2–5 business days.

2. Sizing Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we’ll help — but you’ll need to cover:

  • Shipping the original item back to us
  • Shipping for the new item

All items sent back must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags still attached
  • In original condition and packaging

Sizing can vary across designs, so we strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering.

To request a size exchange, contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you want to exchange
  • The correct size you're after

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know how to place the reorder. Please wait for our go-ahead before ordering the new size.

We highly recommend using tracked shipping when sending items back. We’re not responsible for lost return parcels.

3. Missed Deliveries & Invalid Addresses

If your package is returned to us because:

  • The address you entered was wrong or incomplete
  • You didn’t pick it up from your local post office or parcel locker
  • You didn’t respond to customs or courier contact

Here’s what happens:

  • You can pay a re-shipment fee and provide the correct address
  • Or you can opt out of re-shipping — but that means no refund and no item

We always do our best, but you also share the responsibility for you order. So please double-check your address and keep an eye on tracking.

4. Important Notes

  • We don’t do change-of-mind returns
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Returns that don’t meet the conditions above will be rejected
  • That said, if something unusual comes up — reach out. We’ll always hear you out
